How to Book a Chauffeur
Step 1. Select the required service type, enter your travel date and time, and provide the full pick-up and destination addresses (e.g. 5 Kew Road, London, UK, TW9 2PR). Step 2: Choose your preferred vehicle category to meet your travel requirements (e.g., number of passengers and luggage). Step 3: Create an account to manage bookings, enquiries, and payments, or continue as a guest and pay. If a return journey is required, simply select the option and enter the return details. Please review all details carefully, then choose your preferred payment method and complete the secure payment to confirm your booking.
Select the airport pick-up or drop-off service and enter your travel date and time. Provide the airport code (e.g. LHR for Heathrow or LGW for Gatwick), along with passenger and luggage details, then choose your preferred vehicle. For arrivals, please include the flight number and any meet-and-greet request or terminal details in the additional notes; for departures, provide the flight number and airline name.If a return transfer is required, simply select the option and enter the return details.
Select “By the Hour” as the service type, enter your travel date and start time, and provide the pick-up address, any required stops, and a return address if different. Select the number of hours required. Please note that a four-hour minimum hire applies, including 10 miles per hour, calculated based on base to base.
Select the round-trip service and enter your travel date and time, along with the full pick-up and destination addresses. Add passenger and luggage details, then choose your preferred vehicle category. You will then be able to add the return journey and provide the return date, time, and address details.
When entering your journey details, select the child seat option by clicking the “+” button. You can then choose the appropriate child seat type based on your requirements. Please ensure this is added at the time of booking to guarantee availability. Please note that only one child seat is provided free of charge, including infant and booster seats. Any additional child seats are available at an extra cost.
Once your online booking is submitted, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your request has been received. Our team will then review the booking to ensure all travel details and pricing are correct. Once approved, you will receive a full booking confirmation, including the final price.
We aim to accommodate last-minute and same-day bookings whenever possible,however subject to availability. However, we recommend prebooking in advance for your peace of mind.
Yes. We include complimentary waiting time for flight delays of up to 30–45 minutes. Delays beyond this may incur waiting charges, as the chauffeur is unable to accept other bookings during this time, and sending an additional chauffeur for a later arrival would not be cost-effective for the company. If your flight is cancelled, full charges apply, and any compensation should be claimed from the airline or your travel insurer.

Once we receive your booking, we will review the details and place a payment authorisation on your card. Your card will only be charged once the booking is accepted and fully confirmed.
