Absolutely! You will be emailed full chauffeur and vehicle details the evening before or 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Our chauffeur(s) will contact you upon arrival at the pick-up location. Please note that you can only contact our chauffeur(s) on the day of travel. Under our T & C’s, all new bookings must be through the office to comply with local laws and regulations.

Absolutely! We track flight arrivals in real time and stay informed of traffic conditions. However, if your flight is delayed for more than 4 hours, please inform us immediately, and our team will do its best to accommodate any necessary changes to your journey.
